Base Build
Base Build (BB) consists of executing construction of the facility’s infrastructure and utilities out of a complete set of construction documents that have been fully coordinated, validated, and approved.
Through a series of design phases TWA provides EI&C Engineering services to produce the construction document set that enables Base Build. We start by evaluating preliminary studies, collected data, requirements, budget, schedule, seek for issues and devise a design plan and solutions.

Tool Installation
TWA covers all EI&C design aspects of semiconductor Tool Installation requirements. We analyze the Tool Utility Matrix (TUM) requirements, perform a gap analysis, and design appropriate electrical, instrumentation, controls, communications, and life safety system interface for each manufacturing equipment (tool). This effort also demands tight coordination with all other disciplines, integrating the equipment to the facility, providing value engineering, cost and schedule optimization, and implementing personnel health and safety safeguards.
